Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block I, Waikaiia Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and incorporated in deferred payment licence No. 654 recorded in Register Book No. 6D/14 held from Her Majesty the Queen by A. J. Dickson Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Gore.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and incorporated in deferred payment licence No. 654 recorded in Register Book No. 6D/14 held from Her Majesty the Queen by A. J. Dickson Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Gore.
