Declaring Land Near Hangatiki Acquired for Railway Purposes
PURSUANT to section 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

1002 Part Whareokupenga A Block, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title No. 10D/1196, marked K on plan.
Situated in Block XII, Orahiri Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 33742 (S.O. 52335), deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington, and thereon marked as above-mentioned.

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Maori housing purposes.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Waikato Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Waikato Licensing Committee on 28 September 1984 made an order revoking its order previously made and which was promulgated in the New Zealand Gazette of 3 March 1977, No. 23, page 462 and hereby further orders variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Alexandra Hotel.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday and Saturday. Closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
