Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of a meeting place and place of cultivation for the common use or benefit of the Ngatihaua hapu of the Nga Ruahine tribe.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial reserve for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the late Tuiti McDonald.

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1984, No. 12.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Declaring Land Acquired for Railways Purposes at Blenheim
Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.
