Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Classification and Naming of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a recreation reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Marlborough Centennial Memorial Athletic Park Recreation Reserve.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—BLENHEIM BOROUGH

3.3731 hectares, more or less, being part Section 6, Omaka Registration District and Lot 1, D.P. 3789, Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District.
