(d) On Christmas Eve to open all bars at 11 o'clock in the morning and to close the Nip Inn Bottlestore at 10 o'clock in the evening and the remaining bars at 11 in the evening.
(e) On New Year's Eve to open all bars at 11 o'clock in the morning and to close the Nip Inn Bottlestore at 10 o'clock in the evening and the remaining bars at 00.30 in the morning of New Year's Day.

Notice of Intent to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 20 September 1984 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as The Rose and Crown.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday—Opening at 9.30 o'clock in the morning and closing at 7.30 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Thursday—Opening at 9.30 o'clock in the morning and closing at 8.30 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 10.30 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10.30 o'clock in the evening.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 8
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 September 1984 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 8 (Timaru to Milton via Cromwell) from the southern boundary of Clyde township to its junction with Hartley Road as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan LA 70/76/19 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Alexandra and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road State Highway No. 1
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 September 1984 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui to Bluff) from the Tokomairiro River to its junction with Lovells Flat Road as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 3 on Plan LA 72/19/75 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

CNG Fuel System Approvals
Pursuant to regulation 90b of the Traffic Regulations 1976* (as inserted by the Traffic Regulations 1976, amendment No. 7) and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Robert Norman Abram, Chief Automotive Engineer, hereby approve the CNG fuel system components listed in Schedule I hereunder, for inclusion in any CNG fuel system installed and operated in accordance with the requirements of New Zealand Standard NZS 5422, Part 2, 1980 (and any standard made in amendment thereto or in substitution therefore), subject to the conditions set out in Schedule II hereunder.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CNG HIGH PRESSURE FLEXIBLE HOSE

Description
“Hallite” brand flexible reinforced hose, marked “Hallite 700 ¼-4 INT DIA 6 mm MIN. BURST 17000 PSI 1172 bar”, or, “Hallite 702 ¼-4 INT DIA 6 mm MIN. BURST 17000 PSI 1172 bar” (in both cases, with an outside diameter of 11.7 mm), manufactured by Hallite Hylin Ltd. of the United Kingdom.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Conditions of Approval
Hallite flexible hose shall be installed:
(a) In accordance with the requirements of section 3.1.4 of New Zealand Standard NZS 5422, Part 2, 1980, except that securement to the chassis frame or body of the vehicle shall be effected by the use of cushioned clips spaced at not more than 250 mm and of sufficient resilience to prevent damage to the hose during normal operation of the vehicle, and,
