Service Licence No. 17906 by an extension of the Wairau Valley
Service to include one service run to and from Milton & Bradley

holidays.

P2/421 Auckland Regional Authority: Amend Passenger Transport
Service Licence No. 18124 by deleting the dates of operation of the
Hunua Ranges Sightseer tour and add: The tour shall commence
on 1 December and continues until 30 April. Provided that the
licensee may extend the season by commencing operation before 1
December or continuing on beyond 30 April should weather
conditions or tourist activity be favourable.

P2/453 North Shore Ferries Ltd.: Amend Continuous Passenger
Service Licence No. 2702 by amending the Narrow Neck and Stanley
Bay timetable services by:

(a) Through routing the Takapuna bus service via Narrow Neck
for all but peak time services;

(b) Deleting the service to Stanley Bay on Saturday afternoon,
Sundays and public holidays.

Copies of amended timetable are available at the Bus Depot,
Bartley Terrace, Devonport or the Ninth Floor, Customhouse, Quay
Street, Auckland.

P2/491 Shaws Transport Ltd.: Amend Continuous Passenger
Service Licences Nos 355, 0022 and 321 to incorporate route and
timetables for specific services subject to the following special
conditions:

  1. The licensee is authorised to operate scheduled route passenger
    services throughout the Auckland Region in accordance
    with the master timetable, routes and localities to be served
    as submitted with this application and which are to form
    part of this licence.

  2. In respect of any trip or trips which operate primarily for the
    transport of workers, the licensee is authorised to exercise
    one or more of the following options:

(a) Vary the departure time of the trip(s).

(b) Combine one or more trips into a lesser number of
trips.

(c) Vary the route of the trip(s).

(d) Vary the departure point and/or destination of the
trip(s).

(e) Vary any pick-up or set down restrictions (if any) for
the trip(s).

Provided that in every case where this power is exercised,
the licensee will make every endeavour to notify regular
users of the trip or trips in question.

P2/492 Shaws Transport Ltd.: Amend Continuous Passenger
Service Licence No. 2741 to incorporate route and timetables for
specific services subject to the following Special Conditions:

  1. The licensee is authorised to operate scheduled route passenger
    services for the carriage of workers/employees of any
    contractor or any subsidiary company or sub-contractor
    thereof working in conjunction with the New Zealand Steel
    Mill Development at Glenbrook.

  2. All operations under this licence shall be effected pursuant to
    a contract made between any such contractor and the
    licensee, a copy of which shall be produced to the Licensing
    Authority prior to any work being undertaken in terms of
    such contract.

  3. In respect of any trip or trips operated pursuant to this licence,
    the licensee is authorised to exercise one or more of the
    following options:

(a) Vary the departure time of the trip(s).

existing Special Condition by adding the right with exemption from

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed
Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as
amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act
1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give
notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee on 20 September
1984 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of
trading for the licensed premises known as the Angus Inn, Lower
Hutt.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed
premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general
public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises
shall be as follows:

(a) On Monday to Saturdays inclusive throughout the whole year
other than a Christmas Eve or a New Year’s Eve, to open
the Nip Inn Bottlestore, and the Potting Shed bar at 11
o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the
evening.

(b) On Mondays to Thursdays inclusive throughout the year other
than a Christmas Eve or a New Year’s Eve, to open the
Family Lounge Bar and the Woburn Room at 11 o’clock
in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
