PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Auckland Transport District and the No. 2 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. G2/440 Mesco Liquid Air Ltd.: Amend Continuous Goods Service Licence No. 20937 by adding 3 motor vehicles with exemption from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 to carry liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) the property of the licensee in licensee's own road tanker vehicles and liquid oxygen and nitrogen in all areas. Special Conditions: The licensee shall keep a record of tonnages carried under the terms of this exemption which shall be made available for inspection by an Officer of the Ministry of Transport or New Zealand Railways Corporation at reasonable notice.
