Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Mores Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Mores Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Wallace County Council.
