PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice dated 5 June 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 June 1984, No. 98, page 2189.

Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby gives notice that an estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been acquired as a reserve for the term of the lease, expiring on the 30th day of September 2013, and further, classifies the said reserve as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (b) of the said Act.
