Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Timaru City Council on the 26th day of April 1984.

“In accordance with section 14, Reserves Act 1977, the Timaru City Council declares that the lands described (a), (b) and (c) in the Schedule hereunder vested in it are to be a reserve as defined in the Reserves Act 1977 and are held for the purposes of a recreation reserve in accordance with section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.”
