Declaring a Water Supply Easement in Gross Over Land Acquired for Waterworks in Block II, Awaateatua Survey District, Whakatane District.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the water supply easement in gross described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and the said easement shall vest in The Whakatane District Council on the 4th day of October 1984.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Description of Water Supply Easement

THE full, free and uninterrupted right, liberty, and licence for the Whakatane District Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Grantee") from time to time and at all times to take in and convey water through the pipes in any quantities along over and under the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and for that purpose to construct, erect, lay, excavate, extend and open drains and/or water pipes or concrete conduits of no more than 10 centimetres diameter through the pipes in the easement strip described in the Second Schedule hereto and secondly, in order for the Grantee to maintain the efficiency of any such open drains and/or water pipes or concrete conduits, the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty and licence for the Grantee, its surveyors, engineers, servants, agents and workmen to enter upon the land described in the Second Schedule for that purpose of repairing the pipes and opening up the soil and inspecting cleaning and repairing the pipes and maintaining the same in good and satisfactory order to such extent as may be necessary and reasonable.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Teacher's Residence in Block XVI, Town of Queenstown, Borough of Queenstown

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of August 1984 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 23 August 1984, No. 148, page 3382, declaring land acquired for a teacher's residence in Block XVI, Town of Queenstown, Borough of Queenstown by omitting the words 'South Auckland Land District' and substituting the words 'Otago Land District'.

Land and Easements Over Land Acquired for a Radio Terminal in Block V, Hawksbury Survey District, Silverpeaks County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a radio terminal, and declares a right of way easement in gross is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for a radio terminal subject to the rights contained in the Third Schedule hereto and declares a cable easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Fourth Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a radio terminal and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of October 1984.
