Description of Easement Acquired
PARAGRAPH 1 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952 shall apply to the right of way easement acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule.

Description of Easement Acquired
- The rights and powers as hereinafter provided:
(a) To convey electrical energy across the land described in the Second Schedule (hereinafter referred to as “the said land”) hereto and for that purpose to lay, place, maintain and replace electric power supply and communication cables.
(b) In order to construct, maintain, repair and replace such cables the full, free and unrestricted right, liberty and privilege for the Crown, her servants, agents, workmen and lawful visitors at all times to enter upon the said land with or without necessary vehicles, implements, tools and materials of any kind for the purposes aforesaid.
(c) The Crown and her servants and agents in exercise of all or any of the rights hereby granted will cause as little damage as possible to the surface of the said land and will restore as nearly as possible to its former condition.
- The registered proprietor of the land shall not at any time plough deeper than 0.4 metres along or near the said land or do or suffer any act or thing which will prevent or interfere with the full free use and enjoyment by the Crown of the rights and privileges hereby granted.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for Post Office Purposes (Post Office) Block IV, Upper Kaikorai District, City of Dunedin
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares, that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Otago Presbyterian Church Board of Property under and by virtue of lease No. 487880 recorded in certificate of title, Volume 278, folio 189, is hereby acquired for post office purposes (post office) and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of October 1984.
Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IV, Ahipara Survey District, Mangonui County
PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Mangonui County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Classification of Reserves
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, as Government purpose (Police purposes) reserves subject to the provisions of the said Act.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said land to be classified for historic purposes, subject to the provisions of the last-mentioned Act.
