Land Acquired for Road in Blocks VIII and XI, Whaingaroa Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 22 and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of October 1984.

Declaring Land to be Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Hurunui County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of October 1984.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired (subject to and/or together with the easements and rights listed in the said Second Schedule and applicable as shown) for road diversion and the land described in both Schedules shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the 4th day of October 1984.
