(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and dockrates that when stopped the land incorporates in Pastoral Lease No. P57 recorded in certificate of title, Volume 230, folio 85, held from the Crown by Graham Andrew Galland, Murray George Galland and Ronald Keith Galland, all of Mararoa, farmers, subject to mortgage Nos. 249392, 002993.1 and 047888.2.

Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in the County of Rangitikei
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of October 1984.
