NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the
above-named company by the High Court was, on the 2nd day of
August 1984, presented to the said Court by MARSHLANDS GARAGE
LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office
at Christchurch and carrying on business as garage proprietors; and
that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Christchurch on Wednesday, the 12th day of September 1984 at
10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the
said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order
on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person
or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will
be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of
the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978,
notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale
Price for the sale held on 23rd day of August 1984 at Timaru was
357.69 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Wool Board’s Substitute Payment
Scheme minimum wool price of 320 cents per kilogram (greasy
basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.

There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of
section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less
than the ruling trigger price of 500 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

AMEND MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION

THE NEW ZEALAND FARMERS FERTILISER CO. LTD. hereby gives
notice in accordance with the provisions of section 18 of the
Companies Act 1955, that at the Annual General Meeting of the
company to be held at the Sorrento Reception Lounge, One Tree
Hill Domain, Auckland on Thursday, 11th day of October 1984 at
10 a.m. the following special resolution will be put to the meeting:

That the Memorandum of Association of the company be
amended by deleting Clause III thereof (which clause sets
out the objects of the company) and that the company by
this resolution adopt and acquire without any limitation all
the rights, powers and privileges of a nature person including
the powers referred to in paragraphs (a) to (h) of sub-section
1 of section 15A of the Companies Act 1955.
