NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CEASE TO HAVE A PLACE
OF BUSINESS IN NEW ZEALAND
PURSUANT TO SECTION 405 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955
Notice is hereby given that Universal Transport Australia Ltd.
intends on the expiration of 3 months from the first publication of
this notice in the Gazette to cease to have a place of business in
New Zealand.
This is the second publication in the Gazette of this notice.

CONFISCATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE
PURSUANT to the Criminal Justice Act 1954, Section 44b, motor
vehicle, Registration No. AD9999, Austin A30 motor car, engine
No. 210460, owned by Dean William Bourchier, 16 Manapouri
Street, Invercargill, was confiscated by Judge E. B. Anderson in the
District Court, Invercargill, on 5 July 1984.
