Cancellation of the Vesting in the Otamatea County Council and
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby cancels the vesting in the Otamatea County Council and
revokes the reservation as a Quarry reserve over that land described
in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part
of the Inglis Bush Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a
scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the
Reserves Act 1977 subject to the provisions of the said Act, and
further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Inglis Bush
Scenic Reserve.
