Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY—MAHAKIPAWA HILL SCENIC RESERVE

321.3476 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 1247, Lot 11, D.P. 2603, Lot 1, D.P. 5433 and Section 6, Block XII, Wakamarina Survey District. All certificate of title 3D/1150, balance certificates of title 54/18 and 55/189, and all Gazette notice 24319 (New Zealand Gazette, 1955, page 1531). S.O. Plan 1321. Subject to water and incidental rights over part Lot 1, D.P. 1247 (certificate of title 54/18), and a right to convey water over part Lot 1, D.P. 5433 (certificate of title 3D/1150) in favour of F. Change of Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a scenic reserve to a reserve for local purpose (highway beautification), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977 subject to the provisions of the said Act.
