Declaring a Water Supply Pipeline Easement in Gross, Acquired for Irrigation Purposes in Block VI, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between David Thomas Clayton Horsefield and Rosalie Anne Horsefield as registered proprietors and the Crown dated 6th day of July 1984 and held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland having been entered into, a water supply pipeline easement in gross, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 2nd day of August 1984.

Tauranga Fire District Notice 1984

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission gives the following notice.

NOTICE

Title and Commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Tauranga Fire District Notice 1984.

(2) This notice shall come into effect on the 1st day of October 1984.

(3) The Tauranga Fire District declared to be a fire district by Section 26 (1) of the Fire Service Act 1975 is hereby abolished.

(4) The boundaries of the Tauranga Fire District shall be as defined in the following Schedule.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Tauranga County bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Bay of Plenty coast being the northern corner of Tumu Kaituna 14 Block, situated in Block V, Te Tumu S.D., and proceeding southerly along the western boundaries of Tumu Kaituna 14 Block and part Lot 1, D.P. 16773 to its intersection with Bell Road; thence generally north-westerly along the generally northern boundary of part Section 10, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District; thence generally southerly along the generally western side of State Highway No. 2 to the south-eastern corner of part Lot 1, D.P. 15409, thence generally westerly along the generally southern boundaries of part Lot 1, D.P. 15409, part Lot 2, D.P. 28204 and part Lot 2, D.P. 24699 to its westernmost corner;
