Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ohakune Borough Council and the Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Ohakune Borough Council and revokes the reservation as a public pound site reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Name of the Bruce Turner Park Recreation Reserve
