Revocation of a Notice Relating to Classification of Parts of a Reserve and Issue of Fresh Notice

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice classifying parts of a reserve dated 7th day of March 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 March 1983, No. 29, page 692 and hereby issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Classification of Parts of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule to be classified as recreation reserve and further declares that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule to be classified as local purpose (site for hospital buildings) reserve.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA DISTRICT

9333 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 15998. All certificate of title 14D/112. Subject to lease S. 570362 and appurtenant hereto is a right of way and geothermal hot water rights created by the said lease No. S. 570362.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of completion of survey it is considered necessary to replace the notice aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
