Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—TAUPO COUNTY—TARAWERA HOT SPRINGS RESERVE

11.0782 hectares, more or less, being firstly 7.2337 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, Block VII, Tarawera Survey District. All Gazette 293317, S.O. Plan 6207.

Secondly 3.8445 hectares, more or less, being Section 17, Block VII, Tarawera Survey District. All Gazette 294215, S.O. Plan 6365.

Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (road) reserve, and further, classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, as recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—TAURANGA COUNTY

862 square metres, more or less, being Lot 75, D.P. S. 6963, situated in Block I, Waihi South Survey District. Part certificate of title 1766/45.

SECOND SCHEDULE

1.0269 hectares, more or less, being Lots 219, 220 and 221, D.P. S. 7609, situated in Block I, Waihi South Survey District. Part certificate of title 1766/45.

7006 square metres, more or less, being Lot 77, D.P. S. 6963, situated in Block I, Waihi South Survey District. Part certificate of title 1766/45.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 27 October 1981 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 137, 19 November 1981, page 3234, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Totoro Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Totoro Scenic Reserve.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the said Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Magnus Forbes Scenic Reserve.
