PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th
day of June 1983.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road in Block X,
Orahiri Survey District, Waitomo District

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
28th day of April 1983, published in Gazette, 5 May 1983, No. 59,
page 1381, declaring land to be road in Block X, Orahiri Survey
District, Waitomo District, pursuant to section 114 of the Public
Works Act 1981, by omitting the words “which shall vest in The
Otorohanga District Council.” and substituting therefor the words
“which shall vest in The Waitomo District Council.”
