Limited Access Road Stopped in Blocks XV and XVI, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares the limited access
road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares
that the said stopped road, now known as Allotment 266, Tamahere
Parish, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
Volume 184, folio 103, South Auckland Land Registry.

of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and has pursuant
to section 153 (2) of the Public Works Act 1981, become road,
limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown
on the 30th day of June 1983 and the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning of a road
and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th day of June 1983.
