Declaring Road to be Stopped and Added to Land Held for the Papatawai Recreation Reserve and also to Land Held for the Papatawai Scenic Reserve in Block IV, Tautuku Survey District, Clutha County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that when stopped:

(a) The area marked “A” shall be added to the adjoining Papatawai recreation reserve created by New Zealand Gazette, 31 January 1974, No. 7, page 170.

(b) The areas marked “B” shall be added to the adjoining Papatawai scenic reserve created by New Zealand Gazette, 20 December 1906, No. 109, page 3220.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped and Vested in Block XV, Wanga peka Survey District, Waim ea County

———

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 30th day of March 1982 and published in Gazette, 7 April 1982, No. 41, at page 1170, declaring land to be road and road stopped and vested in Block XV, Wanga peka Survey District, Waim ea County, by omitting from the heading thereto the words: “and Vested”.

and by omitting paragraph “b” from the preamble and substituting the following paragraph:

“(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped”.

and by omitting from the third line of the Second Schedule the following words: “Road Stopped and Vested”

and substituting the following words: “Road Stopped”.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block VI, Opotiki Survey District, Opotiki County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in The Opotiki County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the part of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road (now known as

Allotment 390, Waiotahi Parish, Block VI, Opotiki Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 4C/463, together with a right to convey storm water, surface water and well water contained in transfer 147126.1.
