Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block IX, Motueka Survey District, Waima County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of February 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 3rd day of March 1983, No. 26, at page 559; declaring road to be stopped and vested in Block IX, Motueka Survey District, Waima County, by omitting the following:

“Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block IX, Motueka Survey District, Waima County”

and substituting the following:

“Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block IX, Motueka Survey District, Waima County”

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto (to be known as Section 25, situated in Block IX, Motueka Survey District) to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 28, folio 121, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 199325.1 and 190647.2.”

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Land Acquired for Road, Road Purposes, and Stream Improvement in the City of Whangarei

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly, secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, the land fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, and eighthly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road purposes, and the land ninthly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for stream improvement and shall vest in The Whangarei City Council on the 16th day of June 1983.
