Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Motorway in the City of Wanganui

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, together with the sewage and stormwater drainage rights specified in easement certificate 458245.1, for the purposes of the motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 16th day of June 1983.

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 (2) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 16th day of June 1983.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is hereby acquired for limited access road and that pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the land has become road, limited access road, and State highway and shall vest in the Crown and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 16th day of June 1983.
