PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject as to:

(a) The land firstly described in the Schedule hereto to Z.194 conditions of consent to a right of way over part of the land contained in certificate of title No.10A/1353, K.12172, Wellington City Building Line By-laws.

(b) The land secondly described in the Schedule hereto to K.12172, Wellington City Building Line By-Laws.

(c) The land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto to K.3127 conditions of consent, K.12172, Wellington City Building Line By-Laws and together with the right to overhang eaves reserved by Transfer 170946 and the restricted right of way over Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 7357, created by Transfer 170947;

(d) The land fourthly described in the Schedule hereto to K.3127 conditions of consent to granting of rights of way and subject to rights of way (limited as to height) created or granted by Transfers Nos. 170946, 170947, 171015, and 171016;
