Revocation of Appointment to Control a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Ashburton County Council (formerly The Mount Hutt Road Board) to control the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve
