Vesting a Reserve in the Clifton County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Clifton County Council, in trust for recreation purposes.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Taranaki County Council on the 15th day of October 1982:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said county in fee simple for drainage purposes and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby, declared to be recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act.”
