Pelorus Harbour—being all that area of sea and tidal waters enclosed by a straight line commencing at the waters edge at Clay Point; thence to the waters edge at Alligator Head.

Port Gore Harbour—being all that area of sea and tidal waters enclosed by a straight line commencing at the waters edge at Alligator Head; thence to the waters edge at Cape Jackson.

Queen Charlotte Harbour—being all that area of sea and tidal waters enclosed by a straight line commencing at the waters edge at Cape Jackson; thence to the waters edge at Cape Koamaru; thence by the waters edge to Perano Head; thence in a straight line to the waters edge at Rununder Point.

Wairau Harbour—being all that area of sea and tidal waters enclosed by straight lines commencing at the waters edge at Rununder Point; thence by a straight line to a point where a straight line from Rununder point to the eastern head of Whites Bay crosses a straight line from the eastern head of Port Underwood to White Bluffs; thence from that point by a straight line to the waters edge at White Bluffs.

The above descriptions are more particularly shown outlined in green on plan M.D. 16162, deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

Authorising the Auckland Harbour Board to Reclaim Auckland Harbour Board Endowment Land at Kings/Bledisloe Wharf, Waitemata Harbour

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Auckland Harbour Board to reclaim an area of 1074 square metres, more or less, of Auckland Harbour Board Endowment Land adjacent to Kings Wharf in the Waitemata Harbour, as shown on plan M.D. 16141, deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of April 1983

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto, was granted to the superintendent of the province of Otago under the Public Reserves Acts 1854 and 1862 in trust for the establishment and maintenance of a university in the City of Dunedin in the province of Otago, and of public schools in different parts of the province and for the more general advancement of education in the said province:

And whereas by section 9 of the Abolition of Provinces Act 1875, the said land was vested in Her Majesty the Queen, in trust for the aforesaid purposes.

And whereas the said land, is not required for the purposes for which it is held.

Now therefore pursuant to section 15 (5) of the Education Lands Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—BRUCE COUNTY

8074 square metres, more or less, being part Section 12, Block XXXVII, Tokomairiro Survey District. Shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 20207. Part Deeds Index M. 303.

Adding Land to Nelson Lakes National Park

THE RIGHT HON. D. S. THOMPSON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall, as from the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, be a national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part the Nelson Lakes National Park.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—WAIMEA COUNTY

1241.3423 hectares, more or less, being Sections 5, 6, and 10, Block XIV, Matakiki Survey District, Sections 2, 3, 8, and 10, Block II, and Sections 5 and 8, Block VI, Una Survey District being the areas marked A, B, C, D, and E bordered by bold black lines on S.O. Plan 13164.

CROWN LAND TO BE ADDED TO THE NELSON LAKES NATIONAL PARK

SECOND SCHEDULE

288.0349 hectares, more or less, being part Section 1, Block II and part Section 1, Block VI, Una Survey District being the area marked G bordered by a bold black line on S.O. Plan 13164.

Approximately 9.745 hectares of State Forest situated in Blocks XII, XII, XIV, V, XVI, Matakiki Survey District, Blocks V, IX, XIII, XIV, Sabine Survey District, Blocks II, IV, VI, VII, VIII, X, XI, XIV, XV, Una Survey District and Blocks I and III, Spenser Survey District, being the areas marked H, I, J, K,L, M bordered by a bold black line on S.O. Plan 13164.

STATE FOREST TO BE ADDED TO THE NELSON LAKES NATIONAL PARK

ALL that same, being more particularly described as follows:

Those areas of Crown Land and State Forest containing 38,614.3772 hectares, more or less, and bounded by a line commencing at Trig NA, in Block VIII, Matakiki Survey District and proceeding south-westerly along the summit of the south-eastern watershed of Station Creek, the summit of the south-eastern watershed of the Glenroy River and the summit of the north-western watershed of Branch Creek to the source of Pedro Creek on the summit of the last mentioned watershed, about 700 metres north of Trig BZ, in Block XIV, Matakiki Survey District; again south-westerly, down the middle of Pedro Creek to the eastern side of the legal road abutting the eastern bank of the Glenroy River; thence southerly, along that roadside to the north-eastern corner of Section 9, Block II, Una Survey District; thence generally south-easterly, along the north-western, north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the said Section 9 to the north-eastern corner of part Section 1 (C.T. 112/29) Block II, aforesaid; thence generally south-westerly, along the eastern boundary of the said part Section 1 and the eastern and southern boundaries of part Section 1 (C.T. 120/43) Block VI,
