In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 October 1982, No. 117, p. 3258, for the words ‘Te Haumiri Borrell (Mrs) area of Tauranga’ in line 3 of the Schedule, please read ‘Te Haumiri Borell (Mrs) area of Tauranga’ which last mentioned words should have appeared in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

Redefining the Limits of Kaikoura Harbour and the Harbours of Marlborough Sounds

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby defines the limits of the Marlborough Harbour to be as described in the Schedule hereto and hereby revokes the First Schedule of the Marlborough Harbour Act 1959 (as amended by the Local Legislation Act 1972, section 18).
SCHEDULE
D’Urville Island—being all that area of sea and tidal waters enclosed by a straight line commencing at the waters edge at the southernmost rock of the Beef Barrells; thence by a straight line to the point 40° 55'S 173° 45'E; thence by a straight line to the point 40° 50'S 173° 45'E; thence by a straight line to the point 40° 45'S 173° 49'E; thence by a straight line to the point 40° 41'S 173° 57'E; thence by a straight line to the point 40° 45'S 174° 02'E; thence by a straight line to the waters edge at Bonne Point; thence by the waters edge to the south-eastern point of D’Urville Peninsula; thence by a straight line to the waters edge at Reef Point; thence by a straight line to the waters edge at the southern most rock of the Beef Barrells, being the point of commencement.
Croisilles Harbour—being all that area of sea and tidal waters enclosed by straight lines commencing at the waters edge at Cape Soucis; thence to the waters edge at Okuri Point; thence to the waters edge at Channel Point.
Admiralty Bay Harbour—being all that area of sea and tidal waters enclosed by a straight line commencing at the waters edge at Colinet Point; thence to the waters edge at Clay Point.
