PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to and/or together with the easements and intended easements as listed in the said Schedule and applicable as shown, for rubbish disposal purposes, and shall vest in The Waimairi District Council, from and after the 21st day of April 1983.
