Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block V, Wendon Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 the Minister of Works and Development:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Southland County Council.
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:
   (a) The areas marked “D” and “F” on the plan shall be incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. 659 recorded in certificate of title No. 6A/1151.
   (b) The areas marked “E” and “G” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 21/254.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and, pursuant to section 153, has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 21st day of April 1983.
