Land Acquired, Subject to Certain Rights, for a Teacher's Residence in the Borough of Dargaville

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the fencing agreements contained in transfers 141432 and 141433 and to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 394893.1 for a teacher's residence and shall vest in the Crown on the 21st day of April 1983.

Cancellation of Vesting in the Picton Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Reserve
