The Tauranga City Council Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1983

I, William Francis Birch, Minister of Energy, acting pursuant to section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby issue a temporary licence to the Tauranga City Council to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule hereto.

This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:

  1. This temporary licence may be cited as the Tauranga City Council Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1983.

  2. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

  3. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof, or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

  4. The systems of supply shall be described in paragraphs (a), (b), (d), (e), and (f) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976.

  5. This temporary licence, issued under section 20A (1) of the Electricity Act 1968, shall be in force for a period beginning on the 1st day of April 1983 and ending with the 31st day of March 1985 or the earlier issue of a licence under section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968.

SCHEDULE

All those lines for the transmission and supply of electricity and all that area as described in the Gazette of 1979 at p. 308 and as shown on the plans marked NZE 984 and 985, deposited in the office of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.

The West Coast Electric Power Board Supply Temporary Licence 1983

I, William Francis Birch, Minister of Energy, acting pursuant to section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby issue a temporary licence to the West Coast Electric Power Board to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule hereto.

This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:

  1. This licence may be cited as the West Coast Electric Power Board Supply Temporary Licence 1983.

  2. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, shall be incorporated herein, and shall form part of this licence except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

  3. North Canterbury Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1983

I, Hugh Campbell Templeton acting for and on behalf of William Francis Birch, Minister of Energy, and acting pursuant to section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby issue a temporary licence to the North Canterbury Electric Power Board to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule hereto.

This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:

  1. This temporary licence may be cited as the North Canterbury Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1983.

  2. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

  3. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

  4. The systems of supply shall be described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (h), and (j) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976. The system of supply authorised under paragraph (j) aforesaid shall be a single-conductor earth-return system of 11 000 volts between conductor and earth, and the use thereof shall be subject to such terms and conditions as are from time to time laid down by the General Manager of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.

  5. This temporary licence, issued under section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, shall be in force for a period beginning on the 1st day of April 1983 and ending with the 31st day of March 1985 or the earlier issue of a licence under section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968.

I, Hugh Campbell Templeton acting for and on behalf of William Francis Birch, Minister of Energy, and acting pursuant to section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby issue a temporary licence to the Borough of Taupo to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule hereto.

This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:

  1. This temporary licence may be cited as the Borough of Taupo Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1983.
