incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof, or in substitution thereof, except in so far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The systems of supply shall be described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976. The system of supply authorised under paragraph (g) aforesaid shall be a single-conductor earth-return system of 11 000 volts between conductor and earth, and the use thereof shall be subject to such terms and conditions as are from time to time laid down by the General Manager of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy.

This temporary licence, issued under section 20a (1) of the Electricity Act 1968, shall be in force for a period beginning on the 1st day of April 1983 and ending with the 31st day of March 1985 or the earlier issue of a licence under section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968.

ALL that area described in Gazette, 1981 at p. 20 and as shown on plans marked NZE 1001 (sheets 1–8), NZE 725, and NZE 1013, deposited in the office of the Ministry of Energy, Electricity Division at Wellington.

Revocation of Trust Over Land Vested in the Patea Borough Council and Declaration of New Trust
PURSUANT to section 19 (2) of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1963, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the Trust for town purposes over the land described in the Schedule to this notice and declares the land to be held by the Patea Borough Council, in trust, as an endowment for the general purposes of the Council.

Craigieburn State Forest Park Advisory Committee—Variation of Role
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) (b) of the State Forest Parks and the Forest Recreation Regulations 1979, the Minister of Forests, hereby gives notice that the Craigieburn State Forest Park Advisory Committee set up by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 June 1969, page 1163 shall also, from the date of publication of this notice, advise the Minister of Forests on Mount Thomas State Forest (indigenous part of the forest) and Oxford State Forest (that part which is included in the Oxford Recreational Hunting Area).

A Notice Amending the New Zealand Foundation for the Blind Regional Districts Notice 1964
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Royal New Zealand Foundation for the Blind Act 1963, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- This notice amends the New Zealand Foundation for the Blind Regional Districts Notice 1964, New Zealand Gazette, 1 October 1964, No. 60, page 1652, by—
(a) Deleting the words in the First Schedule:
“north-eastern corner of Hawke’s Bay County; thence westerly generally along the generally northern boundaries of Hawke’s Bay,” and substituting the words:
“northern corner of Waipau County; thence westerly generally along the generally north-western boundaries of Waipau, Waikohu, and Wairoa Counties, the northern boundaries of Hawke’s Bay,”
(b) deleting the words in the Second Schedule:
“and the northern boundaries of Waimarino, Rangitikei, and Hawke’s Bay Counties” and substituting the words:
“the northern boundaries of Waimarino, Rangitikei, and Hawke’s Bay Counties, and the north-western boundaries of Wairoa, Waikohu, and Waipau Counties”.

Waimate High School Board of Governors Notice 1983
PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:
NOTICE
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Waimate High School Board of Governors Notice 1983.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette. -
The constitution of the Waimate High School Board of Governors is hereby varied so that the Board shall, after the commencement of this notice, be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Canterbury Education Board;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school controlled by the Board;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school controlled by the Board;
(d) One member appointed by the Waimate County Council;
(e) One member appointed by the Waimate Borough Council;
(f) One member appointed by the Council of the University of Canterbury;
(g) One member to be co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.
- The terms of office of all existing members of the Waimate High School Board shall cease on the 31st day of July and the term of the new Board, as constituted by clause 2 of this notice, shall commence on 1 August 1983.
