PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired, for an access way and shall vest in the
Tawa Borough Council on the 30th day of March 1983.

the 6th day of December 1982 and published in Gazette, No. 152 at page 4322; declaring land acquired for
a State primary school in the City of Lower Hutt by omitting from
the twelfth line of the Schedule the following:

“0 2 20.47”

and substituting it with the following:

“0 2 10.58.”

Classification of Reserve

Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands

classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section
19 (1) (a) of the said Act.
