Land and a Water Supply Easement Over Land, Acquired for Waterworks, in Block II, Whakamaru Survey District, Taupo County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for waterworks and the water supply easement described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for waterworks over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and further declares that the land described in the First Schedule and the easement described in the Second Schedule acquired over the land described in the Third Schedule shall vest in The Taupo County Council on the 30th day of March 1983, such water supply easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.

Description of Water Supply Easement
The full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty and authority in perpetuity for The Taupo County Council to enter upon the said land by its agents, workmen and servants with or without any necessary vehicles, implements, and appliances for the purpose to lay, place, construct, reconstruct, cleanse, repair and maintain a line of pipes on, along, under, or over the said land to the dominant tenement described in the First Schedule hereto; and the full, free uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege to convey water along that line of pipes in a free and unimpeded flow (except when the flow is halted for any reasonable period necessary for essential repairs), and in any quantity.
