Classification of Reserve Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:
hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be
classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions NOTICE
of section 19 (1)(a) of the said Act. 1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice
Rotorua, 1983, No. 1.
