Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Fire Service Act 1975 in
Chatham Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for the purposes of the Fire Service Act
1975, and shall vest in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission
on the 24th day of March 1983.
