Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired, Subject to a Fencing Covenant, for a State Primary School in Block VI, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 6th day of December 1982, published in the Gazette of 16 December 1982, No. 152, at page 4322, declaring land acquired, subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 909828.2, for a State primary school pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting the Schedule of the declaration and substituting the following Schedule:

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 2.8592 hectares, situated in Block VI, Kerikeri Survey District and being Lot 14, D.P. 95608.

Land Acquired for School Transport Purposes (Bus Garage) in the Borough of Taihape

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for school transport purposes (bus garage) on the 24th day of March 1983.

Land Acquired for a Teacher's Residence in Malvern County Together with a Water Basement

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired together with the right to convey water granted by Deed of Grant of Easement 18K/917 for a teacher's residence and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of March 1983.

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes, from and after the 24th day of March 1983.
