Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken in Block IV, Punakitere Survey District, and Block I, Motatau Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of October 1982, published in the Gazette of 14 October 1982, No. 120, at page 3385, declaring land to be road, road stopped, and land taken in Block IV, Punakitere and Block I, Motatau Survey Districts, Bay of Islands County, pursuant to section 114, 116, 117, and 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting paragraph (b) of the notice and substituting the following paragraph:

(b) Declaring the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and declares that the areas marked ‘F’ and ‘I’ on S.O. Plan 52617 shall, when so taken, be vested in The Bay of Islands County Council, and further, pursuant to section 117, declares that areas ‘F’ and ‘I’ shall be dealt with as Crown Land under the Land Act 1948.
