Sale of Northland Harbour Board Land
I, George Frederick Gair, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Harbours Act 1950, the sale of the land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Northland Harbour Board pursuant to section 143C of the said Act, and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of North Auckland, containing part Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 on Deposited Plan 32954, totalling 6,490 square metres and being all that land described in certificate of title 26D/220.

Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand: Designation of Administrative Local Authority for Community Arts Council
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, as subsequently amended under section 3 in 1977, I hereby designate the Waitemata City Council to be the administrative local authority in respect of the Titirangi Community Arts Council.
This notice revokes the previous notice headed “Designation of Administrative Local Authority for Community Arts Council” which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette No. 61 of 1978, on page 1928.

PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:
NOTICE
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Waikato Diocesan School for Girls Board of Governors Notice 1983.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 2 March 1983. - The Board of Governors of Waikato Diocesan School for Girls shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Education Board of the district of Hamilton;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen for Railway purposes as from the 10th day of December 1982.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 February 1983 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui to Bluff) from its junction with Homestead Road, Edendale to its junction with Woodlands Road as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 5 of Plan L.A. 73/31/64 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Minister of Works and Development, Invercargill and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
