Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1982/83 Season Declared

NOTICE is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined, pursuant to section 27 of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971 that:

1. The average price for all apples purchased by the N.Z. Apple and Pear Marketing Board from growers during the 1982/83 season be 18.1686 cents per kilogram; and

2. The average price for all pears purchased by the N.Z. Apple and Pear Marketing Board from growers during the 1982/83 season be 24.4444 cents per kilogram.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard Specification Available for Comment

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.

DZ 5223 Code of practice for high pressure gas and petroleum pipelines—
Part 1: High pressure gas pipelines. $10

This draft code of practice has been compiled and prepared at the request of the Ministry of Energy and with the active assistance of Maui Development Ltd.

It sets out minimum safety requirements to be observed in the design, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, operation, and maintenance of gas gathering, transmission and other pipeline systems, and gas compressor, metering, and regulator stations where the maximum working pressure may exceed 2000 kPa.
