Notice of Approval of Bylaws
I, Beryl Ann Ranger, senior executive officer (Harbours and Foreshores), pursuant to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby approve the Invercargill City Council Foreshore Control Bylaw No. 96, 1983, made by the Invercargill City Council on 27 September 1983 and confirmed on 22 November 1983.

Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road—Part State Highway No. 2
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 7 December 1983 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2, Tangoio Bridge to Napier section from the south end of the Tangoio Bridge to the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 12412 (C.T. F2/785) as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan L.A. 30/26/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Napier, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 28 November 1983 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Onetangi Hotel, Waiheke.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.
