PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Rotorua District Council on the 24th day of May 1983: “that in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rotorua District Council hereby resolves that the lands, held by the said council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be recreation reserve and local purpose (road) reserve respectively with in the meaning of the said Act ….”
