Cancellation of the Vesting in the Marlborough County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Marlborough County Council and revokes the reservation as a quarry reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve
