Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Land
Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Blocks IX and X,
Ngaere Survey District, Eltham County and Eltham Borough

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
2nd day of August 1983, published in Gazette, 11 August 1983,
No. 122, at page 2587, declaring land acquired for road, land declared
to be road and road stopped in Blocks IX and X, Ngaere Survey
District, Eltham County and Eltham Borough, by omitting from
paragraph (d) of the body of the said notice the words:

“and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title
No. A1/226.”
