PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of July 1983, published in Gazette, 4 August 1983, No. 117, at page 2494, declaring land to be road and road stopped in the County of Eltham, by omitting:

(a) From the body of the said notice all words following the word “Stopped.”; and

(b) From the heading to the Second Schedule the words “and Amalgamated”.
